Members of the Cascades Rock Ensemble were invited to join their music teacher Georges Bouhey at the Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend to play some Jazz for the monthly first Friday artwalk. Students from Georges Bouhey’s Jazz combo are also highlighted – and the evening wrapped up as it began with the JazzBros! ripping some tunes. Another excellent example of how music performance training and music teaching in the fundamentals of blues, rock, funk, and jazz pays-off.
